Focus and Scope

Jurnal Manajemen dan Kewirausahaan (JMK) / Journal of Management and Entrepreneurship, is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year by Petra Christian University in Surabaya, Indonesia. It brings together researchers and practitioners who are passionate about management, entrepreneurship, and the broader world of business.

At its core, JMK exists to push the field forward. It publishes original research that challenges assumptions, builds new theories, and offers practical insights for how organizations and businesses actually work, and how they can work better.

The journal is home to empirical studies, conceptual pieces, and review articles across a wide range of topics, including:

* Strategic Management
* Marketing and Financial Management
* Human Resource Management
* Operations and Supply Chain Management
* Innovation and Technology Management
* Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management
* Family Business
* Organizational Behavior and Leadership
* International Business
* Business Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
* Digital Business and Emerging Business Models

JMK particularly values work that crosses disciplinary boundaries: research that doesn't just speak to academics, but also offers something meaningful to practitioners, entrepreneurs, and policymakers, whether they're working at a local level or on the global stage.
