Abstract

This paper explains how the Indonesian pharmaceutical retail business needs to improve its competitiveness, starting from environmental analysis to industry analysis. Observing the industry supply chain to strengthen players' awareness of industry driving forces helps them to take advantage of its future trends. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Tulisan ini mengupas bagaimana bisnis ritel farmasi di Indonesia perlu mempersiapkan diri sebaik mungkin untuk menjadi lebih kompetitif. Tulisan ini dimulai dari analisa lingkungan yang bersifat makro sampai masuk pada analisa industri. Mencermati supply chain industri ini sampai pada pemusatan perhatian terhadap driving force untuk memanfaatkan kecenderungan-kecenderungan yang ada.
